Please note that items received after 7 days of arrival date will only be eligible for an exchange. However following cases are outside of the scope.
1. When you wore or used it.
2. When you damaged or messed the products.
3. Original tags are not attached.
4. Special order items like taking the hem up and branding date service.
5. We cannot accept some items due to its characteristics.
6. When you washed the items.
7. Gift items.
We consider following cases cancellation by customer’s request.
・Customer didn’t receive the items.
・Receiver’s address is different from shipping form. It includes forwarding.
・Cancellation after shipment
Any defective items or incorrect shipment like following cases will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
1. Defective products like tore or messed.
2. When you received incorrect items.
3. Products size is different from catalog size seriously.
When customer cancels the order after shipment advice, customer must pay for round trip transportation.

|Duties and Taxes|
Import duty and taxes are due when importing goods into your country. Since every country have its own policies, customers may be charged taxes. The valuation method is CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), which means that the import duty and taxes payable are calculated on the complete shipping value, which includes the cost of the imported goods, the cost of freight, and the cost of insurance.
