Return and exchange policy
Please note that items received after 7 days of arrival date will only be eligible for an exchange and return. However, the following cases are outside of the scope:

  • When you wore or used it.
  • When you damaged or messed the products.
  • Original tags are not attached.
  • Special order items like taking the hem up and branding date service.
  • We cannot accept some items due to its characteristics.
  • Purchased unwashed and then washed by yourself.
  • Gift items.

We consider the following cases as cancellations by the customer’s request:

  • Customer didn’t receive the items.
  • Receiver’s address is different from the shipping form. It includes forwarding.
  • Cancellation after shipment.

Any defective items or incorrect shipments, like the following cases, will be replaced at no shipping charge to you:

  • Defective products like torn or messed.
  • When you received incorrect items.
  • Product size is different from catalog size seriously.
    *Due to the use of natural materials, our products are prone to size errors. Also, the size may vary depending on the person measuring. Please allow for slight size errors.

When the customer cancels the order after shipment advice, the customer must pay for round-trip transportation.

Shipping method
EMS, Express Mail Service by Japan Post or DHL. Usually, we ship your order within 5 days after order.

Duties and Taxes
Import duty and taxes are due when importing goods into your country. Since every country has its own policies, customers may be charged taxes. The valuation method is CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), which means that the import duty and taxes payable are calculated on the complete shipping value, including the cost of the imported goods, the cost of freight, and the cost of insurance. Some duties are specific, i.e., based on quantity. In addition to duty, imports are also subject to Consumption Tax, Excise, and other taxes.
