To all customers using Hotmail (Outlook.com), we are currently experiencing an issue where emails cannot be sent to "hotmail.com" email addresses, and we are currently investigating the cause.
As a current countermeasure, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please set your "Trusted senders and domains" settings to allow receiving emails from the email address "onlineshop@ues.co.jp".
